This call offers NDICI MOBAF Unit Grants under Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument – Global Europe. The budget is €24.75 million. Deadline: 2 February 2027.
What the call wants to achieve
- Minimum 4 and maximum 6 HEIs from the eligible countries in the following Sub-Saharan African regions: East and Central Africa, Southern Africa and Indian Ocean, Western Africa
- One HEI from one of the EU Member States (EU technical partner)
- Maximum 2 HEIs from the same eligible country in Sub-Saharan Africa.
