What the call funds
- The implementation of the grant project must address the priorities of the CERV programme - raising awareness of rights and values by supporting civil society organisations

- contributing to the realisation of democratic values, including by fostering dialogue, transparency and good governance, including in cases of shrinking space for society Civil.
